Executive Essentials sessions are built for nonprofit and social sector leaders at pivotal moments in their careers: focused, practitioner-led, and designed to go deep on the things that matter most.
New Executive Director & CEO Intensive
A three-day, in-person intensive for executive directors and CEOs in their first five years of leadership. Hosted in downtown Chicago, this program brings together a small, carefully selected cohort for deep learning, shared problem-solving, and the kind of honest conversation that's hard to find anywhere else. The 2026 session is complete — applications for 2027 open in the fall.
