About the Position
The Director of Data and Technology is responsible for leading and scaling CAF’s technology, data, and security infrastructure in support of the organization’s mission to expand abortion access. This role works strategically with CAF’s leadership team to maintain an overarching vision for IT strategy, strengthen core infrastructure and improve day-to-day systems.
The Director of Data and Technology will play a critical role in building a secure, scalable, and well-governed technology environment in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. This role is for both an individual contributor and a manager able to build and maintain CAF’s technology stack, align a product roadmap with the organization’s unique needs, and manage both internal staff and outside consultants.
