Executive Essentials is a two-day, in-person retreat designed specifically for Executive Directors and CEOs in their first three years of leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You should apply for Executive Essentials if you:

    • Are a CEO/Executive Director (most senior position), or will be by September 11, 2025

    • Have been in the CEO/Executive Director position for three years or less

    • Are committed to participating in two full-day sessions

  • Tuition for Executive Essentials is $795.00, including meals and materials.

    A $400 (50%) deposit will be due upon completion of your application, which will be refunded if you are not selected for the program.

    Final payment will be due no later than Monday, September 1.

    Organizations with budgets below $1M can receive a discounted rate.

  • The complete schedule will be available soon. Each day will consist of a light breakfast, interactive sessions and lunch, followed by additional sessions.

    On Friday, September 12, we’ll also host a happy hour, including your first drink on us!
