Racial Sensitivity Training

All Sides with Ann Fisher is a two-hour, daily public-affairs talk show on Ohio’s WOSU Public Media designed to over time touch upon all sides of the issues and events that shape life in central Ohio.

In the weeks leading up to the 2020 election at a presidential debate in Cleveland, then-President Trump said “racial sensitivity trainings” were themselves racist and claimed they teach people to “hate our country.”

This episode explores how racial sensitivity training works and why it’s needed. Morten Group, LLC Founder and President Mary F. Morten is a guest.
