Diversity Education
Morten Group services include: Team building and small group work in the areas of awareness, skill-building, and primary stakeholders. All workshops are tailored to meet the individual needs of the organization. The process begins with an internal assessment with key representatives followed by a summary report with key findings and recommendations for the organization's diversity work plan. Key areas of workshops include: appreciating and valuing the diversity of everyone regardless of race, age or gender; the business case for diversity; and diversity outcomes. Additional strategies are presented based on the preliminary assessment. Workshops are interactive and include scenario presentations in a theater experiential format.
