Karen Radtke joins Morten Group as a leadership & team coach and organization design & culture consultant.

She has over 20 years of proven experience in HR & OD functions, working for several global consultancies, and starting a coaching practice. Karen is a designer of organizational experiences for a wide range of global corporations and nonprofit teams and organizations and coaches senior leaders and their teams; guiding leaders during times of personal, team & organizational challenges; designing leadership development processes; and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in organizations. In 2020, Karen co-founded Color of Equity, a community collective aimed at racial justice in area police departments, cities and schools. districts.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and a master’s degree in organization development from Loyola University Chicago. She completed certifications in the Enneagram System, Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), Coaches Training Institute, and the EMCC.  She is a business leader faculty for Lake Forest Graduate School.
